My professional journey started as an Assistant Manager in Tea Garden. But after a few years of seeing the exploitation and all I couldn't adjust mentally. Being the eldest son of two Educationist Parents I couldn't digest the injustice somewhere running there silently.So, Suddenly I decided to leave the job. Without discussing it with anyone, with bag & baggage reached back home and same day rushed to Guwahati from Jorhat by night super. In the morning I saw an advertisment in the local Newspaper "ASSAM TRIBUNE" where I could see on the front cover page an add coming, "Looking for School Teacher" in all subjects.
After serving for almost six years,I got a better opportunity and joined "SANSKRITI THE GURUKUL" first Day-Boarding School of North-East as one of the founder educators.After serving there for twenty years I have shifted to my present insitution another Day-boarding School "Vandya International School" as one of the founder educators.
Whatever I do Wherever I do, to me "WORK IS WORSHIP". I have been working as an Educator of Western/Indian Music and Fine Arts.
During my long teaching career gathered experience and strengthened my bonding with kids and their lovely parents, different kinds of society people. To me all are equal. Besides my regular teaching job, I do interact with children below the poverty line. I search for the talents among those. Whenever I find someone I pick them up. Motivate them, encourage them. Talk to their parents and request them to send their child to me for free teaching and guidance even if I bear the expenditure gracefully. If not possible to come to my place I do provide books and materials to uplift them.
Being a desperate social worker till death my journey will never end.
